Expectations, Commitments, and Collaboration

THE FOLLOWING IS AN ABBREVIATED VERSION OF THE DEPOSIT POLICY THAT WE ASK EACH NEW CLIENT TO SIGN PRIOR TO BOOKING THEIR TATTOO

  • minimum age to get tattooed is 18 years old - we maintain the right to ask for a valid id before booking an appointment

  • tattoo rates are $200/hr and the minimum set up fee is $130 for small projects that take 15 minutes or less

  • You will be charged for the full amount of time that has been scheduled, should you decide to end your appointment before the tattoo is finished

  • You will only be charged for the amount of time that you have been tattooed, should your artist decide to end the appointment before the tattoo is finished

  • a cash deposit is required at the time of booking. no appointment will be booked without a deposit

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Any payments made prior to the tattoo appointment will be held to the same standards as a cash deposit – this includes gift cards, prepayments, and any promotional coupons.

  • The amount of the deposit will depend on the size and complexity of the tattoo you are asking for. Deposits will range from $60-$300 and will be left to the discretion of your artist, based on a drawing fee of $40/hr. This drawing fee is to compensate your artist for the time they will spend creating your tattoo. Your artist will use their best judgement to estimate how long it will take to design your tattoo

  • If the changes you request require more time to implement than expected, then your artist reserves the right to reschedule the tattoo appointment as needed. Please note that every tattoo takes time to prepare and design, and no two designs are alike. The scheduling of tattoo appointments is carefully considered to ensure that each project can receive the necessary attention required to meet the high professional standards of this studio

  • The full amount of your deposit will be subtracted from the final cost of your tattoo, provided you meet the requirements below:

  1. You show up on time for all of your appointments

  2. You provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule

  3. You contact your artist by phone or email if you are running late for an appointment. you are expected to contact your artist before the scheduled start time of your appointment. Contacting your artist after the scheduled start time will result in your deposit being forfeit.

  4. You must give your artist at least one week’s notice if you want to change any details about your tattoo, such as size, placement, or content. any changes will be left to your artists' discretion. We maintain the right to turn down any project.

  • failure to meet any of the above criteria will result in your deposit being forfeit

  • we will not book any appointments for guests who are:

  1. intoxicated

  2. rude

  3. not physically in the room (your friends and family can not book an appointment for you)

  4. being coerced or pressured into getting tattooed

  5. ambivalent or uncertain about their tattoo
