COVID-19 PROTOCOLS NOW IN EFFECT
Please read the following protocols that have been implemented to help reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. These protocols are in place to protect you, our staff, and our community, and we ask that you take them seriously.
Both Torchlight Tattoo and Rising Moon Gallery are now open by appointment only. Curbside pickup or local delivery is available for any gallery purchases.
E-transfers are the preferred method of payment, but credit cards and cash are acceptable if necessary.
We ask that you postpone your visit if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, or if you have been in contact with anyone exhibiting symptoms within the last 14 days. Symptoms include:
New onset of cough or worsening chronic cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell
Unexplained fatigue, malaise, or muscle aches
Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, or abdominal pain
Running nose or nasal congestion without known cause
All tattoo deposits will be honored if you need to postpone your visit due to illness. We would prefer that you take every precaution to keep yourself and our staff safe and not risk visiting the studio while you are sick.
When you arrive for your appointment, please stay in your car or outside the door, call the studio, and one of our staff will come downstairs to let you inside.
We ask that you not arrive for your scheduled appointment earlier than expected so that we have adequate time to clean and disinfect our work space between clients.
Please note that in order to maintain the appropriate physical distance from one another, we no longer offer a seated waiting area and will not be permitting more than one person into the gallery or tattoo studio at the same time.
Tattoo clients are no longer permitted to bring any friends or family members – including children - with them to their appointment, unless they require assistance getting up and down the stairs.
We ask that you please wear a mask at all times while visiting the studio. A disposable mask will be provided for you if you do not have one of your own.
Please wash or disinfect your hands immediately upon entering the studio. Please be mindful to wash or disinfect your hands immediately after touching your face or phone.
We ask that you leave any bags, purses, or personal belongings in the plastic bins provided.
Your safety is of the utmost importance to us and we are grateful for your patience and cooperation as we implement these new protocols. Please do not hesitate to email or call us if you have any questions.
Be well. Be safe.
Chris and Andrea
